The free preliminary consultation (15 min) is for general information. If you wish, a detailed assessment (60 min) is then scheduled, at the end of which a personalised programme is prepared based on your complaints.

Sessions are one-to-one and last 45-60 minutes. Frequency depends on the situation, the goals and the assessment result.

The clinic sees patients by appointment, and opening hours are 09.00-20.00. It is closed on Sundays.

The clinic is on the ground floor with a ramp at the entrance, so wheelchair users, people with a pushchair and clients with limited mobility can get in without using stairs. The waiting area, toilet and car park are also wheelchair accessible.

The clinic is in Evka 3, close to public transport and within walking distance of the metro and bus stops. There is a free car park as well as free on-street parking, and an accessible parking space is available.

Cash, credit cards, debit cards and contactless (NFC) mobile payments are accepted.

Support is offered in the following areas: scoliosis, pelvic floor health, clinical pilates, neurodevelopmental yoga, trauma-informed yoga, lymphoedema and lipoedema, pregnancy and the postpartum period, preventive wellness, chronic pain and spine health.
