For an appointment you can write on WhatsApp or call +90 501 009 74 74. When you briefly state your complaint and a suitable day in your message, a convenient time is arranged.

In the free preliminary consultation (15 min) general information is gathered. If appropriate, a detailed assessment (60 min) is planned; following the assessment, a personalised programme is drawn up in line with the complaints.

Sessions are one-to-one and last 45–60 minutes. The frequency is determined according to the situation, the goals and the result of the assessment.

The clinic works by appointment; the working hours are 09.00 – 20.00.

The clinic is in a location close to public transport in Evka 3; it is within walking distance of the metro and bus stops. There is free on-street parking available.

Support can be received in scoliosis, pelvic floor health, clinical pilates, neurodevelopmental yoga, trauma-informed yoga, lymphedema-lipedema, the pregnancy and postpartum period, preventive wellness, and chronic pain and spine health.
